History of Farming Crawfish

We began raising our own crawfish in 1994 which led to us opening Pinchers Restaurant in 1999 with the goal of being a farm-to-table restaurant. 


We continued this process up until after the 2021 crawfish season.  


We now get all of our Crawfish from friends of ours in Louisiana that deliver to us 6 days out of the week during the peak season to ensure that we are getting the freshest product available.
